Senior Maintenance Technician
Coca joined NAI Isaac with years of building maintenance experience, holding previous positions within the construction and condominium management industries. Coca works with property managers to ensure all routine and emergency maintenance issues are addressed. He also conducts property inspections as part of the company’s preventative maintenance program, providing excellent customer service to tenants and the owners of our managed properties.
Dave Gaston
Maintenance Technician
Gaston joined our facilities team with a range of building maintenance experience and knowledge, holding previous positions with Greystar Campus housing at the University of Kentucky. Gaston oversees the work order process, coordinates work with third-party facilities services vendors and conducts property inspections as part of the company’s preventative maintenance program. His work includes maintaining positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
