David Woods

David Woods has more than 20 years of success managing fiscal and fiduciary affairs in corporate finance and accounting, commercial and residential real estate, construction and development, management consulting, and capital and derivatives markets. He has also taught finance, accounting, and project management as an Adjunct Professor at local colleges. Woods handles administering the financial and business operations of NAI Isaac and its portfolio.

Woods is proficient in managing real estate, strategic business operations, enterprise information systems and processes, full-cycle financial reporting, and financial data analysis and modeling. Additionally, he brings to NAI Isaac leadership and mentoring skills gained from his years in business and college professorship.

Woods graduated from Florida International University as a Master of Science in International Real Estate, Keller Graduate School of Management as a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, APUS as a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management, The University of Tulsa as a Master of Business Administration, and University of Kentucky as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is currently a candidate for a Business Doctorate in Finance, specializing in Alternative Investments and Management Consultancy. Woods completed his high school education at Sayre School in Lexington, KY.
